Rules & Conditions:
No purchase necessary: To enter, completely fill out and send the
electronic submission form.
The winners will be chosen by random drawing. Winners will be notified
by phone or email. No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to
enter. One entry per household. All entries become exclusive property
of StarChefs and Boiling Water Inc. and will not be acknowledged or returned.
StarChefs or Boiling Water assumes no responsibility for lost, late, illegible,
incomplete or misdirected entries.
Contestants
may also enter by printing the words QUICKMEALS SWEEPSTAKES, your name,
address and zip code on a 3-inch x 5-inch card. Mail in an envelope to:
StarChefs, 270 Lafayette Street Suite 205, New York, NY 10013 Attn: Sweepstakes.
Each entry must be mailed separately. Entry limited to one person. Entries
that are printed by machine or otherwise mechanically reproduced will
not be accepted.
Prize Structure:
One (1) prize every month with an estimated retail value of approximately
$29.00 USD will be awarded.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning will be determined by the
number of valid entries received, as determined by StarChefs. All decisions
are final. No substitutions of the prize are allowed.
Eligibility: Contest open to residents of the United States only. Contestants
must be 18 years of age or older. Citizens of Canada and other countries
are excluded from participating and receiving any prizes from the sweepstakes.
Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in
disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. By acceptance
of prize, winners agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for purposes
of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless
prohibited by law. Winners will be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility
and a publicity release that will allow the use of winners' names and
likenesses for other promotional activities by the sponsor. Employees
of StarChefs or Boiling Water and/or the sponsors, participating vendors,
their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising agencies or relating
companies are not eligible for prizes. Neither StarChefs, Boiling Water
or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions or related companies
are responsible for any damages, taxes or expenses that winners may incur
as a result of this contest or receipt of prize. Winners further acknowledge
that StarChefs or Boiling Water have neither made nor are in any manner
responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee express
or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not
limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness. No more than
one prize will be awarded to an entrant. For a list of winners, send a
stamped, self-addressed envelope to StarChefs, 270 Lafayette Street Suite
205, New York, NY 10012. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of winners list
after contest ends. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal,
state and local regulations apply.
