GARY HOLLEMAN
Gary Holleman is the author of Food and Wine Online, the first book to articulate the growing interest in food and beverage on the Internet, bulletin board systems (BBS) and commercial online services. Gary is the Technology Editor for Food Arts magazine where he writes regular columns on cyberspace; his e-mail publication, Food and Wine Online Newsletter, has a circulation of over 4,000 food professionals and serious cooks. Gary is also the Corporate Chef for Indian Harvest Specialti Foods, Inc., a purveyor of specialty grains and heirloom legumes to restaurants nationwide. He is the founder of ChefNet BBS and Web site, a trustee of the Chefs and Cooks on the Internet e-mail discussion group, and the curator of the Culinary Professional's Resource Center.
