MARK TARBELL
Mark Tarbell is Chef/Owner of Tarbell's restaurant in Phoenix, which has been recently featured in the Wine Spectator, FOOD & WINE MAGAZINE and Travel & Leisure. In 1996, Mark was named one of the "Chefs to Keep Your Eye On" by Esquire magazine. Prior to opening Tarbell's in 1994, Mark was Director of Food and Beverage at The Boulders Resort in Carefree, Arizona where he developed a world-class wine program (over 800 selections), supervised four restaurants and a bakery. Under Mark's guidance, The Boulders was selected as one of the "Top 25 Resorts" by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler. Mark holds the Grand Diplome d'Etudes Culinaires
from L' Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris and is listed in the
"Who's Who in Wine" by The Italian Trade Commission.
