Biscuit Tortoni

2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg whites, stiff

Add sugar and vanilla to cream.
fold in egg whites.
Freeze
Sprinkle with crushed macaroons.
