
Minnie's version of Peppino's Sauce from Neptunes - Isla di Ischia
Sauté garlic in olive oil and butter. Add chopped tomatoes and parsley, capers and mint. Simmer 10 minutes. Add chopped fish and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Add plenty of parsley and hot pepper flakes.
