Guacamole
Yield: 12 servings
- 3 large ripe avocados, peeled, pit removed
- ¼ cup onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup tomato, finely diced
- 1 jalapeño chile, minced
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- Lime juice to taste
- Salt to taste
In a medium bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Mash with a fork until avocado is smooth. Season generously with salt and lime juice to taste.
