The Mansion on Turtle Creek Nachos

Yield: 12 servings

• 2 dozen crisp tortilla chips
• 3 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
• Fresh jalapeño chile, very thinly sliced, for garnish
• Mashed Black Beans
• Guacamole
• Mansion Charred Tomato Salsa

Preheat broiler. Spread each tortilla chip lightly with Mashed Black Beans. Add a dollop of guacamole. Top with a sprinkling of cheese to cover. Place under broiler for 1 minute or until cheese melts. Place a thin slice of jalapeño chile on each nacho. Serve with Charred Tomato Salsa for dipping.
