Prune & Potato Tzimmes

1 1/2 lb flanken
- 2
white potatoes
- 4
sweet potatoes
- 1
lb prunes
- 11/2
cup brown sugar
- 2
tbsp lemon juice
Cook
1 1/2 lb flanken in enough water to cover, until almost tender.
Add 2 white potatoes and 4 sweet potatoes which have been cut
in thick slices, 1 lb prunes,1/2 c brown sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice
and salt and pepper to taste. Cover pot and cook for 1 hour.
Put in oven uncovered for another hour to brown. DELICIOUS!!!
