fresh (unpasturized) apple cider*
- 1/2
ounce arrack or Pernod
- 1
teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus 1 strip lemon rind
Put 4
ice cubes in large old-fashioned rocks glass. Add cider and arrack, and
stir. Add lemon juice and stir again. Serve with long, thin twist of lemon
rind and stirrer.
