Indo Ahi Tartare

Yields one serving
- 4oz Sushi grade ahi tuna (diced)
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced red onion
- 1/2 tsp Sambal (indonesian red chili)
- 1/2 tsp mayonaise
- juice from 1/2 of a lemon
- 1/8 avocado (diced)
- salt & pepper to taste
Gently mix all ingredients together and serve inside a baked butternut squash
that has been cut in half, cleaned and buttered. Top with shredded fried won ton
and chopped chive.
