Fiery Pico De Gallo

  • 2 cups finely chopped plum tomatoes
  • 1cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup minced cilantro
  • 1, yup, 1 whole HABANERO OR SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER, roasted and minced
  • 1/2 cup spring water
  • the juice from 2 limes
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients.

Don't be a wuss.....it is great with grilled meats especially beef & chicken
