Chilled Peach Soup

- 16 peeled fresh peaches
- 1 oz orange liqure
- 24 oz white wine
- 8 oz sugar
- 1 tbs. fruit spice
- 1oz water
Simmer until tender, check for sweetness, you (do not want it as sweet as a dessert would be) Add 1 quart of heavy cream. Then add half a jar of Double Devon Cream or 5 oz of sour cream. Chill in an ice bath. Serve for an appitzer with a mint leaf a dollop of cream and ground cinnimon for garnish.
