- 1 tube of Bob Evans sausage - original
- 2 pkg of cream cheese
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg of chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed to get rid of excess liquid
- 1 TB garlic powder
- 1 TB oregano
- 20-25 medium to large mushrooms
Cook sausage, add garlic powder, oregano.
DO NOT DRAIN GREASE.
Add cream cheese, stir until melted into sausage.
Add spinach. Stir until mixed evenly.
Stuff each mushroom generously.
Place in baking dish.
Bake until mushroom is heated. About 5-8(depends on size of mushroom) minutes at 350 degrees.
Then serve and savor. :)
