20-Minute Meatloaf
Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Empty onion mix into a bowl and cover it with sour cream and eggs. Let stand while you brown the chopped beef.Sprinkle breadcrumbs over onion soup mixture. Add the meat. Pour into a buttered loaf pan and bake 15 minutes in 500 degree oven. Turn on broiler and broil for 5 minutes. Heat mushroom gravy and serve on side.
