Meat loaf Surprise
Ingredients:
- 1 pound. of hamburger
- 1 pound. of turkey meat {already ground up}
- 1/2 cup of onions
- 1 can of olives { diced }
- 1 glove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp. of ketchup
- 2 tsp. of hot mustard
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 tsp. of A-1 sauce
Get a large mixing bowl, and blend everything except the olives, onions, together.
Take wax paper and flatten out the mix on the wax paper,
then take the onions and black olives and put it in the middle of the mix and then roll up the meat.
Put in pan and cook for 45 - 50 minutes.
