Pasta Fagoloi Alletto

Ingredients:
Amount of ingredients are approximate, adust more or less to your taste
Remove casings from sausage and brown in sause pan, remove and pour fat
out.
Put browned sausage back in pan, add can of beans, can of chicken
broth heat about 5 minutes.
Add escarole and cook until escarole is wilted
and tender,about 15 minutes. I
n the meantime, cooked pasta until al dente.
Add pasta to hot soup.
Season with salt & fresh ground black pepper, Serve
with grated pecorino cheese and hot crusty semolina bread.
