BEER & PORK CHOPS

• 4 pork chops
• 1 22 fl. Oz. sauerkraut
• 1 T Dijon mustard
• 1 apple sauce (4 oz. lunch size)
• 1 cheap beer

Brown chops, place on top of sauerkraut bed mixed with mustard & apple sauce. Pour beer over. Cover and bake 325-350 degrees for one hour. Stiffen the juices with a mixture of corn starch and water. Serves two as an entire dinner. (cook it lower and slower for the most tenderness)
