Chicken Casserole
3 chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup white cooking wine
1 carton cream cheese and chives
2 cans mushroom soup
Sauté chicken in margarine and Italian dressing. Place chicken in casserole
dish. Simmer wine in pan drippings. Mix soup and cream cheese and add to pan
drippings. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
