Famous Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups long grain rice (cooked)

While still hot add 1 cup of sugar and 2 tbs. butter. Mix and put in casserole dish. then mix the sugar, milk, vanilla, and eggs together. Pour over rice sprinkle with nutmeg and bake 25 minutes for 40 min.
