Chicken And Artichokes

Ingredients:

Rinse chicken, dip in seasoned bread crumbs, fry lightly in olive oil (just a little oil).
Place in a 9 x l3 pan.
Drizzle marinated artichokes over top, include marinade in jar.
Bake 350 oven for 30 minutes. Best made ahead and reheated.
This dish gets better the more its reheated.

Optional: Sliced mushrooms or red roasted peppers may be added to dish before baking.
