Quick N' Easy Chicken

Ingredients:

• 1 small can cooked white chicken, drained
• 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
• 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tbs. butter
• 1 tbs. Cornstarch
• 2 frozen pie crusts

Spray a round casserole dish with cooking spray set a frozen pie crust into the casserole dish and set aside mix together the following ingredients with a wire whip: soup-milk-cornstarch heat until mixture begins to thicken, and add butter Add vegetables and chicken Pour mixture into the pie crust and set the other pie crust on top. Slit top crust several times. Cook in 375 degree oven until pie crust is brown
