Hot Crab Lorenzos

• 6 English Muffins
• 1 jar Olde English Cheddar Cheese
• 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
• 2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins White Wine Worcestershire
• 1/2 lb. fresh crab meat or 1 can of crab

Slice the english muffins in half and toast lightly. In bowl, mix cheese, margarine or butter, worcestershire sauce and crab. Spread over muffins and return to broiler. Broil until cheese is melted. Cut each english muffin into 4 pieces.

Great appetizer!!!
