Tuna Aintipasto

Ingredients:

• 2 cans (6 1/8 oz) chunk light tuna in oil
• 1 6 3/4 oz jar imported Progresso Italian Antipasto
  (found in the tuna section of most grocery stores or in specialty stores)
• 1 small jar marinated baby mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together; serve on top of cracker or with good hard Italian bread.
(My favorite way is as a sandwich using Italian Slipper bread)
