Greek Stuffed Bread

• 1 pkg already prepared pizza dough
• 1 pkg frozen spinach
• 1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic in oil
• 2 tsp dried dill
• 1/2 lb feta cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
oil lightly a rectangular cookie sheet

cook spinach as per package directions. drain well
stir in the dill and garlic to the spinach
let the mixture cool

stretch dough into a large rectangle the size of the cookie sheet
spread the dough with the spinach mixture
crumble the feta cheese on top of the spinach
roll the dough up like a big jelly roll
press the seams to seal

bake for about 40 minutes or until lightly browned
