Tablespoons sour cream

cup buttermilk

cloves garlic, finely chopped

Tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

Tablespoon fresh lime juice

teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt
Whisk
together ingredients in a medium bowl and season with salt to
taste.

This dressing is delicious on salads, as a dip for crudité,
or drizzled over fried chicken or fish.
