Mixologist Scott Fitzgerald of Mulberry Project - Biography

Scott Fiztgerald began cocktail bartending at 360 Bar in Sydney, where he was part of the team that helped bring spherification and molecular mixology to a wider restaurant audience in Australia. Afterwards, Fitzgerald moved on to work at renowned cocktail bars around Sydney, including the Kings Cross Hotel, The Lincoln, and Rambutan. Seeking a greater market to hone his skills, Fitzgerald made the long flight to New York City and began working as the Head Bartender at Mulberry Project, designing menus for both Mulberry and Vinatta Project.
Along the way, Fitzgerald’s recipes have been featured in numerous publications in Australia and the United States, including, Bartender Magazine, TimeOut, Bars & Clubs, Thrillist, AM Daily, Brides, Details, and Askmen. He was also a Top 10 Finalist in the 2010 ABG International Classic Cocktail Competition and a Top 10 Finalist in the 2009 Broker's Gin Cocktail Competition.
