    Yield: 1 Cocktail

    INGREDIENTS:

    5 ounces Lindeman’s Peche Lambic
    1 ounce Amaro CioCiaro
    2 dashes Regan's Orange bitters

    METHOD:

    Combine the lambic, amaro, and bitters in a tall glass with a few ice cubes. Stir and serve immediately.
