In a pan, heat bourbon, saffron, lemon zest, and ignite. Let burn for 1 minute and extinguish. Rinse the inside of a glass with black tea liqueur. Add gin and bitters. Stir with ice and strain through a julep strainer followed by a fine mesh strainer.
To Assemble and Serve:
Garnish with a floating tobacco leaf. Strike a match and spray whisky on flame to ignite mid-air.
