1½ ounces pisco Macchu Pichu
1½ ounces Salers Aperitif gentian liqueur
¾ ounce Small Hands Foods pineapple gum
¾ ounce lime juice
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine pisco, gentiane liqueur, pineapple gum, and lime juice. Shake well and strain over fresh ice into a frozen rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
