Robin Roy: Highland Park 12-year Single Malt Scotch Whisky, Hum Botanical Spirit, Homemade Maraschino Cherries, and Tonka Bean Bitters

METHOD:

Stir the whisky with the botanical spirit in a glass with ice and strain into a martini glass. Add the maraschino cherries and the Tonka Bean Bitters.
