Florida Culinary Institute offers a curriculum of over 1200 contact hours in Culinary Arts, International Baking and Pastry, and Food and Beverage Management, extending over an eighteen month period. The program of instruction includes six eleven week quarters. Instructional time is split between classroom theory presentation and practical applications that begin with basics, such as knife skills and progress to a la carte cooking, garde manager, baking and management. Programs are accredited by the ACFEI and the NRA. Financial Aid and housing assistance is available.
