According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the culinary industry represents one of the fastest growing occupations in the nation, a trend which is expected to continue through 2006. To help meet the increasing demand for culinary arts professionals, The Art Institutes system of schools introduced a flagship Culinary Arts Program in 1991 at The Art Institute of Atlanta.
