Identitá Golose 2008
January 27-30, 2008

The fourth edition of this culinary congress in Milan, Italy is a not-to-be-missed event this year, featuring over 60 chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, artisans and restaurateurs demonstrating and discussing their art over a fully packed 4 days of events. Guest speakers have been invited from all over Italy and other countries including Finland, Brasil, France, the United Kingdom and the United States.
