Muddled Blood Oranges, Bitters and Grand Marnier combine to produce
a complex, deep citrus flavor.
3 Blood Orange Wedges*
1 tablespoons Superfine Sugar
1/4 ounce of Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1 dash of Angostura Bitters
2 ounces Grand Marnier
1 Blood Orange Wheel
In a mixing glass muddle Blood Oranges, Sugar, Lime Juice and Bitters.
Add Grand Marnier and shake vigorously with ice.
Strain into a Chilled Martini Glass.
Garnish with a Blood Orange Wheel.
* Blood Oranges are a seasonal fruit available from mid December until
the end of January.
