Ingredients:
1 ounce Martin Miller’s gin
1½ ounces Alvear Amontillado sherry
½ ounce triple sec
Simple syrup
Club soda
1 slice orange
Method:
In a double old-fashioned glass, combine gin, sherry, and triple sec. Add a splash of simple syrup and fill to top of the glass with club soda. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of orange.
