Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 25 Pounds/200 Servings
(2 ounces each)
Ingredients:
- 4 pounds butter
- 3¼ pounds sugar
- 2 pounds brown sugar
- 2 pounds eggs
- 1½ Tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1½ ounces salt
- 5½ pounds flour
- 5½ pounds organic chocolate chips
- 2½ pounds walnut pieces
- 1 ounce baking soda
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until
light. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add in flour and salt and mix. Gently
mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Using a 2-ounce scoop, spoon dough
into rows of 7 x 5 on a sheet tray. Bake at 350°F until golden
brown, about 10 – 12 minutes. Be sure to rotate cookie sheet
half-way through baking time.
