Ingredients:
8 pounds steel cut oats
5 gallons water
Salt, to taste
Method:
Bring water to boil. Add oats and salt. Bring back up to boil and
turn down to simmer. Cook until water is absorbed and oats are thick
and creamy. Check seasoning.
