Siobhan Flaherty Haber & Jane Miller Rennert BIOGRAPHYs

With a combined 15 years of experience in the fields of food, wine, and event planning, Siobhan Flaherty Haber and Jane Miller Rennert began their fledgling company Flaherty Miller Events, LLC to concentrate on the aspect of their work they love best-planning fabulous events. The pair met while working at the James Beard Foundation, the country's leading culinary organization; Haber, Assistant Program Director, and Rennert, Editor-at-Large, were jointly charged with taking over the Greens, the junior committee of the Foundation. Together they planned over 15 sold-out events for the Greens, generating tremendous interest and publicity, and more than tripling the membership. They were also in charge of organizing James Beard's Annual Birthday Dinner and Chefs Night Out, an industry-wide bash the night before the James Beard Awards. Both Haber and Rennert are native New Yorkers and avid entertainers, never hesitating to offer their homes and expertise for the event du jour-be it a best friends wedding shower, thanksgiving dinner for 20, unparalleled super bowl parties, or even a gala first birthday.
