Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 bottle chili sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup brown sugar
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 large red onion, finely chopped
7 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 (3 pound) pork shoulder
Method:
Combine all the ingredients except for the pork into a large
bowl. Place the pork in a crockpot and cover with the sauce
mixture. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
Use two large forks to shred the meat (this is the “pulled”
part of the pulled pork). You may want a parent to help you
with this step. Serve the pulled pork on large sandwich buns.
