Chef Tamara Murphy’s Grilling Tip
Chef Tamara Murphy of Brasa-Seattle, WA
Adapted by StarChefs.com

1. I have rosemary bushes, and when I trim them, I save them and use them in my barbeque. The aroma is amazing, and the rosemary adds a sweet herbaceous smoky flavor to whatever I am grilling.

2. Squeeze citrus juices, such as lemon, orange, grapefruit or even balsamic vinegar, or a combination, into a spray bottle and add olive oil. Spray on your grill or onto your fish, meat or vegetables. It adds great flavor to anything you are cooking.
