Apple Cake

3 large apples, peeled,cored, and sliced
-
1 cup matzoh meal
- 1/2
cup oil
- 1
cup sugar
- 3
eggs
- Cinnamon
and chopped nuts (optional garnish)
Place
apples in a greased 9 " cake pan (sprinkle some lemon juice
over them).
Mix 1 cup matzoh meal , 1/2 cup oil , 1 cup sugar and 3
eggs well, pour on top of apples. (can also sprinkle some
cinnamon & chopped nuts on top).
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour or till lightly
browned.
