Project Description: Chef Zac Pelaccio marries American cooking with Asian influences at this rooftop space with a limited kitchen. Greg Rowehl of Commercial Kitchen Design created a great working space by combining different elements and blending them together in harmony. Jade overcame the challenge of the intimate kitchen by designing a 30” hot top range to fit the last available space on the line.
