The Morimoto Project

Project Description: Kitchen design consultant Jimi Yui designed the Morimoto kitchen and the Starr Restaurant Group used Jade for this project based on past performance at other Starr restaurants such as Washington Square, Barclay, Striped Bass and Morimoto Philadelphia. Morimoto NYC features Jade equipment in numerous areas, combining standard and convection ovens, flat and tubular high shelves, in addition to custom plate shelves.
