The Del Posto Project

Project Description: Kitchen design consultant Jimi Yui designed the Del Posto kitchen and Ed Temmel from Baring Industries served as the kitchen equipment contractor. The drawing below reflects open burners but the managing partners decided to use hot tops, which are more efficient in terms of volume and energy. At the last minute, Hui was able to meet the needs of the kitchen and management by replacing the open burners with hot tops for most of the cooking pieces.
