Project Description: Pres a Vi was designed and installed by George Federighi of Federighi Food Machinery, the premier kitchen contractor in San Francisco. Jade worked closely with Federighi to carry the high standards of design through the dining room and into the open kitchen framed by a striking tiled arch. Jade engineers developed a flush center design to create a uniform working height and high quality design which they have now used in over 60 kitchens.
