Gentle and Smooth Cocktail from Bar Chef Daymon Smith of The Tropicana Club at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, CA on StarChefs.comYield: 1 Serving

Ingredients:

  • 1½ ounces Gentleman’s Jack
  • 1½ ounces simple syrup
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • Lime wedge to garnish

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixer with ice and shake vigorously. Strain liquid over ice into a chilled rocks glass.
