Ingredients:
- 2¼ ounces G.E. Massenez Eau-de-Vie de Poire Williams
pear brandy
- 1¾ ounces Marie Brizard Poire William pear liqueur
- ¼ ounce Monin Lavender syrup
- Fresh lavender spear to garnish
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixer with
ice, and shake vigorously. Strain the liquid over ice into
a chilled glass. Garnish with a fresh spear of lavender.
