INGREDIENTS
Jasmine-Infused Vodka:
4 ounces jasmine blossom tea
1 750-milliliter bottle vodka
Honey Syrup:
Honey
Simple syrup
To Assemble and Serve:
1 ¼-ounce vodka
¼ ounce jasmine-infused vodka
1 ounce tangerine juice
½ ounce lemon juice
¼ ounce honey syrup
¼ ounce Champagne
METHOD
For the Jasmine-Infused Vodka:
Infuse the vodka with the jasmine blossom tea for one hour. Strain out the tea leaves with a fine strainer and reserve.
For the Honey Syrup:
Over medium-low heat, combine equal parts honey and simple syrup. Stir to combine. Reserve.
To Assemble and Serve:
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well, and strain into a chilled glass. Top with a splash of Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
