Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Cognac such as Courvoisier VS
- 3/4 ounce Chai-infused Italian vermouth
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
Garnish:
- Dried rose buds
Method:
Put all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with dried rose
buds.
