½ oz. Spiced Rum
- 1
teaspoon Powdered Sugar
- Sweetened
Cream
Macerate
strawberries and raspberries with rum and sugar. Slightly whip
cream. Swirl together 1/3 rum-berry puree with 2/3 slightly whipped
cream in a champagne flute. Garnish with berries.
